File Coordinator
Some people have a knack for noticing what needs attention before it becomes a problem. If that sounds like you, you could be a great fit for this role.
When a home or business has been damaged by fire, water, or another unexpected event, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes to keep the restoration process on track. As a Job File Coordinator with SERVPRO, you’ll be an important part of that process - keeping job information accurate, catching missing documentation before it causes delays, coordinating with the people involved, and helping each project move from initial service through billing and closeout.
This role offers plenty of variety and the chance to learn more about the restoration business. You’ll work with different teams and see how projects come together from start to finish, building valuable experience along the way.
